who is in charge here?

#aiaioli #posthumor #provenanchalantly

ok. i have had like. a really strange week. and it is with that, with no preface, that i am sitting down to clomp out this first post.

so aiaioli as a name first shows up in my notes somewhere around… December 2025. many moons later, in July of 2026, it is still prominently appearing in my ideas. and it still has no concrete description. it keeps evolving, just like the moons keep cycling. so here is what i’m going to admit in my first post: sometimes you have a good idea, and sometimes a good idea has you. and when a good idea has you, the longer you sit on it, the more you piss it off. consider this me metaphorically trying not to piss off the universe.

so what is aiaioli? great question! please contact the admin if you ever figure it out. for now, when i’m writing this on July 24, it’s a log and disclosure of my AI usage throughout my various work products. since december, aiaioli has been: a two-voice collaboration, a philosophical treatise, a field log, and god knows what else. somewhere along the way, and I quote, a claude said to me

You’re right that you’re not the person for a formal RoE, and the reason is register

Oh!!!!!!

and that, my friends. is aiaioli. its every time a claude et alia gives it to me straight like a human won’t, and every silly time i use ai like a mirror and am somehow surprised that it kinda looks like me. what it isn’t: my friend, my ethical guide, or like… a person at all. it’s an entity that can read and make decisions, and that is exactly what you need to take it as. but not being a person apparently does not preclude you from having a personality. I assure you, i did not anticipate being roasted by not-a-human this many times.

the tagline? direct quote. this play is about us and it is very stupid. welcome to the party. talk to you about the hole in the ozone layer soon.
